These terms cover your use of this website and our estimate process. Actual spray foam work is governed by a separate written agreement or invoice for each job.

Age requirement (18+)

You must be at least 18 years old to use this website, request an estimate, or opt in to our SMS program. By submitting our quote form or checking an SMS consent box, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older. Our services and text messages are not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from or send text messages to anyone under 18. If we learn that someone under 18 has submitted information or opted in, we will delete it and stop all messages.

Using the website

Use the site lawfully and don’t submit false information or attempt to disrupt it. Content is provided for general information and may change without notice.

Estimates

Estimates based on dimensions you provide are good-faith prices for the scope described. If the building, dimensions, access or scope turn out to be different, the price may change. Work is scheduled only after you approve the estimate.

Price match guarantee

Our price match applies as described on our Price Match Guarantee page, including the requirement that the competing written quote covers the same building, foam type, thickness and scope.

Technical information

Articles and guides on this site are general information, not engineering, code or legal advice. Insulation requirements depend on your building, use and local jurisdiction. R-values vary by product and thickness; the higher the R-value, the greater the insulating power. Ask your seller for the fact sheet on R-values.

Any warranty for completed work is stated in the written agreement or invoice for that job.

SMS / text messaging terms

Program name: THE GREATEST INSULATION LLP SMS Program

1. Program description. When you submit a quote request on our website, you may choose to opt in to two separate, optional text message programs by checking the matching box. Service messages (first checkbox): quote follow-ups, appointment reminders, project updates, missed call text-backs and review requests, approximately 2-6 messages per month. Marketing messages (second checkbox): occasional seasonal scheduling openings and special offers, up to 4 messages per month. Neither box is pre-checked, and consent is not a condition of any purchase or service. You must be 18 years of age or older to opt in to the SMS program.
2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the number you received messages from. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.
3. If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or reach out directly to greatestinsulation@gmail.com or (346) 505-0304.
4. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. As always, message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
